A calming herbal blend traditionally used to support relaxation, restful sleep, digestive comfort, and gentle soothing for the throat and body.

Soft, floral, and herbaceous with a delicate sweetness and a smooth, mellow finish.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water in hot water for 5–7 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep a little longer.

If you prefer your tea stronger, we suggest using more tea rather than increasing the steeping time, as longer steep times may create a more pronounced herbal flavor.

It is always best to cover your tea as it steeps to preserve the delicate floral aromas and botanicals.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from strong odors, moisture, and light. We do not recommend storing tea in clear containers (such as glass jars) if you're leaving the jar out, as light can affect the shelf life.
