What’s the difference between loose-leaf tea and tea bags?
Our teas are primarily loose-leaf, which means more room for the leaves and botanicals to expand—resulting in better flavor, aroma, and a smoother cup. You can steep loose-leaf tea easily using an infuser, tea ball, or disposable tea filters.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery timelines will appear at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available for select orders and events at our Scott's Addition Pick Up location. Please select pick up option in the cart and you will receive pick up instructions once your order is ready.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
Some blends contain caffeine (black tea, green tea, oolong), while others are naturally caffeine-free (herbal and rooibos). Caffeine content is noted on each product listing.
Are your teas organic?
We use high-quality ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. While not all ingredients are certified organic, we can't advertise as such. Our blends are made with premium botanicals, herbs, fruits, and teas.
Do you offer wellness teas?
Yes-many blends are crafted with wellness in mind (relaxation, digestion, mood support, hydration). Please note: our teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our tea blending workshops are lively, interactive experiences that typically include:

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring, fall, and holidays). Limited last-minute availability may be possible.
Do you travel for events?
Yes-we travel throughout Richmond and outside of VA. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

What is your minimum order for wholesale?
Minimums vary based on packaging type and whether the order is bulk, retail-ready, or custom labeled. Contact us and we’ll recommend the best starting package.
Can you create a custom blend for my business or event?
Absolutely! Custom blending is one of our specialties-perfect for brand collaborations, book releases, baby showers, corporate events, brands & private label clients, weddings, and signature “house blends.”
